Basic Rental Policies
Additional policy specifics
may be listed under a specific
facility if applicable.
All facilities at Laurel Ridge
are rented on a first come,
first served basis. Reservations
can be made 11 months in
advance. Upon receiving
reservation, a contract will be
mailed to lessee, stating
deposit amount and due date. If
deposit is not received in
registrar’s office by the
deposit due date, Laurel Ridge
reserves the right to rent to
another group or individual.
Contract will also confirm
retreat rates, program
specifics, guarantee and cancellation dates.
No pets are allowed at Laurel
Ridge.

change without notice.
Cancellation Policy
For all facilities except
Higgins: If group cancels before the 60
day cancellation date, their
deposit will be refunded if
another group rents the space.
If the space is not rented, the
deposit will be forfeited. If a
group cancels after the 60 day
cancellation date, the deposit
is forfeited.
