“We have a
choice to use the gift of our
lives to make the world a better
place.”
~ Dr. Jane Goodall
The Laurel Ridge Mission Camp
program began in 2003. Each
summer, youth from across the
Southern and Northern Provinces
come together to complete work
projects for families and
organizations in Ashe,
Alleghany, and Wilkes Counties.
The camps are a blessing for
campers, leaders and those they
serve as groups build decks and
ramps, clean yards, remove limbs
and debris, paint, and much
more.
