Friends of Laurel Ridge help in many
ways. Our volunteers are the backbone of our camp programs in both
Summer Camps and the Youth Missions Camps. Those who volunteer as
deans, counselors, site leaders, nurses, musicians, or construction
supervisors add creativity, expertise, encouragement and love. These
contributions play a significant part in our programs. |

Financial
donations from Friends continue to be strong. In 2005, Friends' funds were used
for cabin renovations, new quilts for Higgins Lodge, new printers for the Laurel
Ridge Office, site preparation work for the Friends' Cottage.
As
always, our Friends are ambassadors to our churches and throughout our
province. And most importantly, their prayers help to discern and understand God’s
will for the leaders, staff, volunteers, users, and future promise of this special
place as we continue in this educational ministry of our province.
Join Friends of Laurel Ridge and be a part of our Future of Promise.
