To reach Laurel Ridge

From Winston-Salem and points east,
Travel Highway 421 to North Wilkesboro and take the Business 421/Highway 115 exit (#282).
Turn right and proceed about 3 miles to the junction with Highway 18.
Turn right and follow Highway 18 North from North Wilkesboro for about 19 miles and
Turn left onto Darnell-Woodie Road. (State Road 1620)
Travel about a mile and look for signs directing you to Laurel Ridge facilities.

From Charlotte and points south,
Travel I-77 to Highway 421 North to North Wilkesboro. Then follow the directions above.

From Asheville and points west,
Travel I-40 East to I-77 North to Highway 421 North to North Wilkesboro.
Then follow the directions above.

From Virginia and points north,
Travel I-81 to Wytheville, VA and follow Highway 21 South to Sparta, NC and
Turn right on Highway 18 South.
Turn right on Darnell-Woodie Rd about a mile after crossing under the Blue Ridge Parkway.
